Hello! My name is Kathryn and I am a Sports Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

Having worked in the fitness industry for almost 20 years I have a wealth of experience in helping clients of all shapes, ages and backgrounds achieve their goals – whatever they may be.

Originally from Whitley Bay in the North East, I moved to Farnsfield in April 2017 and my classes are steadily growing, bringing friends and families together whilst getting fitter, stronger and having fun in the process!

Whatever your goal or dilemma, sports massage, one to one personal training or joining up with one of my fun fitness sessions could be just what you need. Whatever your age, current level of fitness or injury challenges you are facing, I will tailor a program to suit your individual needs, supporting you in reaching your goals safely.​

For sports massage and PT I am able to come to a venue of your choice, be it at your own home, in your garden or at a park near you.
