I provide regular fitness classes with a great atmosphere – all in convenient locations for anyone in the Farnsfield area. You’ll find a wide range of routines with all the necessary equipment available, so come along and get involved! Please check out our classes and you can download a list including prices above.

Join the Kettle Crew!

A full body conditioning class which also elevates the heart rate without the need for running and jumping around. This class combines squats and lunges with exercises designed to tone your arms and abdominals. Strengthen your muscles and boost your metabolism! All abilities are welcome. Kettlebells from 2kg to 12kg and mats are provided.

Let’s Get It!!

Don’t be scared off by the name! This is a fun and welcoming class for all ages and abilities which combines circuits, strength training and interval work for a full body workout. Get motivated – get out of bed a few minutes earlier and see the results fast!

Reach For The Stars!

A lovely class which combines elements of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates to tone, strengthen and improve balance whilst building core strength and stretching out the whole body.

We welcome gentlemen to this class as it is often over looked by men. Pilates is very important in preventing and overcoming back pain and is suitable for total beginners through to advanced exercisers.
